Our Response to COVID-19

To our LONG Family -

We've been thinking a lot about our customers, employees and our communities lately. Your health and safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make. We believe it is critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and therefore we have made changes to how and where we work. Below is a letter addressing COVID-19 for all LONG operations from our CEO, Jeff Long.

To Our Clients and Valued Partners,

LONG is open for business, though how we are conducting business is changing by the moment. We are concerned for the health and welfare of our employees, customers, business partners and communities. We are serious about adhering to social distancing recommendations and to that end we have made changes to how and where we work:

 Parts Sales
Our parts counters are open for business. Please call ahead or knock on the door when you arrive, and we will deliver the parts to your vehicle.

Service and Install
Our technicians, installers and project managers are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. We are asking customers to inform us of any confirmed cases of COVID-19 prior to us entering a facility to help us understand the disinfection process necessary to keep everyone safe.

Work from home
Employees that can work from home are doing so which lessens the density in our offices, helping keep everyone safe. Employees working from home have the tools they need to support our customers and work as efficiently as if they were still in the office.

Our office staff is available to support your needs and will do so through phone calls, video conferencing and emails rather than in person.

Visitors
For the health of our employees and visitors we are restricting access to our buildings to employees only.

We are more mindful than ever of those things we hold dear. We are grateful for your business and our relationship. Please let us know how we can serve you best.

Jeff Long, President & CEO
