In 2011, David Moore was appointed CEO of Paul Mueller Company. As the grandson of our founder, Paul Mueller, David deeply believed in the diverse experience and dedication of our workforce. He entered his new role with the firm belief that every employee had the ability to change the trajectory of where we were headed as a company. In 2012, our company launched an initiative that reshaped the culture entirely.
We unite around a shared goal by giving coworkers a stake in the company’s financial outcomes. Through ongoing training in financial literacy and process improvement, we build skills that drive success.
