Winter Can Be Tough on Your HVAC System

Our Seasonal Maintenance Checklist gives facility managers a step-by-step plan to prepare HVAC systems for cold weather – saving time, money, and preventing emergencies.

Heating Equipment Check

☐ Inspect and test boilers/furnaces for proper startup
☐ Verify burners are clean and functioning
☐ Check flame sensor and ignition system
☐ Inspect and clean heat exchangers
☐ Check gas pressure and fuel supply lines
☐ Inspect electrical components for corrosion or wear
☐ Test and calibrate thermostats and zone controls
☐ Confirm operation of backup heating systems

Air Distribution System
