C-PACE projects are building based. LONG will help you to determine if your building qualifies for C-PACE. Our extensive knowledge of buildings allows our team to prequalify your building with a feasibility study based on a building walk through. At this phase, we will prequalify your building with the State Administrator as well as financially.

Owners repay the cost of eligible improvements over a period of up to 20 years through assessment (similar to a utility assessment).
