Billings, MT 05-04-2026 – LONG Building Technologies has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2026!
This is the first time our Montana offices have received this recognition. We opened an office in Billings, MT in 2016, and since then have added two additional ones in Helena and Missoula. Through the past 10 years, these locations have grown substantially and achieved significant successes. This award feels like direct recognition of all they’ve accomplished in that time.
The Top Workplace is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey. Results of this survey showed that the most common words used to describe the culture at LONG are “inclusive,” “fun,” “caring, “innovative,” and “family.” These words are revealing and shed some light onto how team members in Montana feel about the company.
