By paying for them through the energy savings that result. We meet with customers to identify and evaluate energy savings opportunities within their respective facilities. We then recommend a package of integrated improvements to be paid for by these energy savings. We can often guarantee that these savings will meet or exceed the annual payments associated with financing all the project costs over a typical contract term of 3 to 10 years. To help assure the predicted savings, we provide to customer staff all necessary technical, maintenance, and operational training. We can also provide a maintenance partnership agreement in which LONG Mechanical Solutions provides long-term maintenance services.
