The Account Manager within the Mechanical Solutions business unit of LONG negotiates and sells service agreements, operations, Service Support Programs, repair, retrofit and conversion projects, temperature controls, and energy and maintenance improvements. This position ensures the ongoing growth of the service arm of LONG’s business by gaining contracts that increase revenue and profitability.

Education and Experience:

The Administrative Assistant supports the Building Equipment business unit of LONG through various, simultaneous bid processes. This position downloads/prints plans and specifications for upcoming bids, and logs and tracks bids in project management software to ensure all deadlines are met.

This critical role will involve contract administration, construction safety administration and project operations management. The Controls Technician will support LONG Building Intelligence customers by programming temperature control systems based on project specifications. Using expertise in the HVAC industry, the Controls Technician will perform installation, warranty, emergency, and maintenance service on installed systems.

Education and Experience:
  • 2 years tech school and 3 years tempoerature control system start-up, checkout, and service experience OR 5 years tempoerature control system start-up, checkout and service experience
